How can I customize my mailbox?
When there is a style element not represented in the standard mailbox and post design, you can advise WNY Creative Post of it and we will work it into the design of your new mailbox.
Bingo, you’ve just created your own custom mailbox. This can range from something simple like adding a planter to something that changes the entire post structure, materials and design. We are here to make you look good. Just ask!
What if I just need help installing a mailbox that I purchased elsewhere?
No problem! If you already have a mail box but just want professional installation(always a very good idea) we are happy to help with affordable and lasting solutions.
What other items do you create and install?
Aside from our unique mailbox and post designs, we also install or custom build post mounted bird feeding stations, wildlife feeder mounts and decorative yard accents.
We need our mailbox to be visible, can you provide solar lighting options?
Yes. We provide unique solar lighting options to highlight your mailbox, your house number etc… Being seen is important and we want you to enjoy the beauty and convenience this lighting provides.
Why do your mailboxes cost more?
WNY Creative Mailboxes are hand built and made of quality materials. The cost may be slightly more than that of an off the shelf system, but the looks and longevity are typically vastly superior.
How long will it take to get my new mailbox installed once I order it?
We try to get right on the case! Once ordered, expect to have your mailbox built and installed inside of a week. Specialty designs or truly custom builds can take a bit longer.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Currently, we accept cash, check, Venmo and major credit cards.
Can you fix my current mailbox?
We can, in some cases, make lasting repairs to existing mailboxes. However, the mailbox system has to be in repairable shape and have sufficient value so as to be worth it for you to repair. In most cases, a new mailbox is the best solution.
